Services

Five services, one method. They are usually combined, because planning without review is a document and review without planning is an opinion.

Your concurrent training plan

Strength and endurance planned together instead of as two programmes competing for the same recovery, written around your objective, your starting point and the days you can actually train.

Periodization and load management

Short, medium and long horizons set out in advance, with progression criteria and load control you can read, so you always know why this week looks the way it does.

Weekly review and adjustment

I compare what was prescribed against what you actually trained and how you responded, and amend the plan in writing. Nothing is adjusted from memory.

Technique and method support

Guidance on lift execution, session order and how to fit training around work, travel and sleep, for the weeks when life does not match the plan.

Your training record

Your plan, the reasoning behind it and the history of what changed, in a document that stays yours whether or not we keep working together.

What are you training for?

Describe your goal, your horizon and the week you actually have. I reply with whether I am the right fit and what a proposal would cover.

Do not send health or medical records through this form. Anything clinical is handled separately, under a service agreement.

What happens next

I read every enquiry myself. You get a straight answer about whether I am the right fit, and if so, a written proposal with the scope, the fee and the schedule for your plan.

Nothing is charged through this website, and there is no account to create. If I am not the right fit I will say so and, where I can, point you somewhere better.

What it takes to start

  • A horizon of at least eight weeks. Below that, a plan is a schedule, not a progression.
  • A willingness to record sessions, honestly, including the ones that did not happen.
  • Medical clearance where a condition, an injury or a long layoff makes it appropriate.
  • A realistic statement of available days, hours and equipment, not the ideal week.
