We provide technical planning and monitoring of concurrent training, online coaching, periodization and load management, methodological consultancy and technical documentation for athletes, clubs, training centres and coaching staff.

We do not collect or process health or medical information through the website contact form. Any health or medical information required for a coaching engagement is gathered separately, outside the website, under the terms of a written service agreement.

Our website is hosted by a technical provider operating servers in Germany (within the European Union). When you submit the contact form, your name, email address and message are transmitted to our hosting provider's mail server (Exim) in Germany and are then delivered by email to our mailbox at info@apecfitness.com. Your data is processed by our hosting provider only to the extent necessary to deliver your message and is not used for any other purpose.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal information with marketing partners, data brokers or advertising networks. We only disclose your information to third parties where we are legally required to do so, such as in response to a court order or valid legal process.
7. Data retention
We retain your contact information (name, email address and message) for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and to establish or perform any resulting service agreement. After the business purpose has been fulfilled, we retain this information for a further period to comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations that may apply.

This constitutes a transfer of personal data from the EU to the United States. This transfer is necessary to enable us to respond to your enquiry and to provide the services you request. The United States does not have an adequacy decision from the European Commission.
